How is my subscription renewed?

To make renewals easier for everyone, as of this year we are using our new AutoRenew feature. You now don’t have to worry about your subscription lapsing. If you are on a quarterly subscription, your credit card will be charged quarterly in advance for your subscription. If you are on an annual subscription, your credit card will be charged annually in advance for your subscription. While subscriptions are non-refundable, you can cancel future renewals at anytime by logging in and choosing Cancel and your subscription will not AutoRenew.

 

Will I be notified before my AutoRenew?

Yes, we will send you an email a few weeks before your quarterly or annual subscription AutoRenew will occur. Then you simply do not need to do anything but continue to enjoy TRT - you do not have to worry about completing a payment online again or that your subscription will lapse – we will take care of your renewal for you and your credit card will be billed for your next renewal. It is your responsibility to be sure that we always have your correct email address on file – we don’t want you to miss out on any emailed issues or any communications from us. See “How do I update my information such as email address, address or credit card expiry date?” for instructions on how to update this. If you need to cancel, at that point before your AutoRenew, see question below “Although I’ve enjoyed TRT, I am not doing Reiki anymore and will not be renewing/need to cancel my AutoRenew – how do I do this?”

 

Are subscriptions non-refundable?

To keep costs of TRT low for our subscribers, subscriptions are non-refundable. Although we have an extremely high renewal rate and we are quite sure that you will enjoy your subscription. You always have the option of starting with a quarterly subscription and then you can upgrade to a money-saving annual subscription.

Yes, call us at 603-881-8838 anytime 24/7 and we can assist you with your subscription over the phone.

 

I don’t have a computer at home or an email address – can I receive The Reiki Times in print by mail?

Yes, you can. Print subscriptions are available annually only and are $99/year – delivered to your mailbox by first class mail each month or $111 if you reside outside of North America.

 

I am not receiving monthly emails although I am a current subscriber – help!

A) Please login with your email address and password to be sure that we have your correct email address on file. If you have changed your email address recently, please update this in your secure area at Subscribers Center. 

B) Please check your spam filter or junk mail folder – our email may have been inadvertently routed there. Please add our email addresses info@the-reiki-times.com monthyTRT@the-reiki-times.com to your Safe List or Contact List so that our emails are not sent to a spam or junk mail folder in the future.

C) If you are using an email address with a blocked domain such as certain domains or work emails, you may not receive our emails. You may wish to obtain a free email account through Hotmail or Yahoo! or similar so that you don’t miss out on important emails and news.

Note -  If you miss any of our monthly emails, during the current month and in your Subscribers Area you can download and print the current monthly issue.

 

How do I update my information such as email address, address or credit card expiry date?

Simply login to your secure Subscribers Area and you can edit your information anytime.

 

What is the cost if I live outside of the USA?

All costs are listed in US dollars. Please use the International Currency Converter to find out approximate conversion costs in your currency. An international electronic subscription is US$49/year and an international print subscription is $111/year

 

Do I have to be an IARP member to qualify to subscribe to The Reiki Times? Who can subscribe?

Anyone may subscribe to The Reiki Times. Subscriptions to The Reiki Times are open to the entire global Reiki community and you do not have to be an IARP member to enjoy TRT. Whether you use Reiki for your own personal use or growth, or to assist your family, or if you practice professionally, or if you teach Reiki, you can benefit by being a TRT subscriber.

 

I am an IARP member – do I have to subscribe also to The Reiki Times to continue to receive it?

No, the subscription cost of The Reiki Times is included as one of your IARP benefits, so you do not have to subscribe additionally.

Although I’ve enjoyed TRT, I am not doing Reiki anymore and will not be renewing/need to cancel my AutoRenew – how do I do this?

Login with your email address and password and click Do Not AutoRenew my Subscription and you will not be billed for your future AutoRenew. So if you are on a quarterly subscription, you will not be billed for the next quarter, or annually you will not be billed for the next year. Please note that to keep costs of TRT low for our subscribers overall, subscriptions already paid for are non-refundable. You always have the option of starting with a quarterly subscription and then you can upgrade to a money-saving annual subscription if you wish.
